Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access instructional movement content for personal wellbeing. Systematic data collection, scraping, or reproduction of our proprietary descriptions for vitamins for men or our unique skincare formulas is strictly prohibited without written consent.

Engagement at our Newcastle location requires advance booking via our digital portal or direct contact. To maintain the tranquil nature of our studio, we operate a strict schedule.

  Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your kinesiotherapy assessment to allow for proper physical preparation and environmental acclimation.
